The working conditions in Food Corp : Analyse thye following para and you will get the picture-----  Employees of FCI are following WORK TO RULE....    what it means is all FCI employees will be cuming to office at 9.30 am and will leave office at 5.30pm in evening. Now u must be thinking whats the big deal......let me clear the picture. Actually this is a kind of STRIKE. In FCI we have no fixed office timings.....we have to be availlabel 24X7 ......But no allowances or overtime is given for the work done in off-office hours. To protest against this inhuman nature approach of Corporation towards employees the UNION decided to follow WORK TO RULE....that is no work except the office hours.....
